Sales Agent Job Description

• Inbound Calls (NO COLD CALLING!)
• Nationwide leads connected directly to you
• Advise clients on insurance coverage options and their associated costs
• Assess clients’ needs and provide appropriate advice on insurance products
• Process applications, payments and renewals
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Stay up-to-date on changes within the insurance industry
• Meet and exceed monthly sales & performance goals
• In office (NO WORK FROM HOME)
• Weekly base pay during 2 weeks of training
• Weekly commission as well as bonus pay opportunities

Job Requirements/Preferences:

• Interest in healthcare field
• Able to work full time Monday-Friday
• Able to commute to Fort Lauderdale daily
• Energetic, positive attitude
